Your Constitution 
Did you have a mind meld with the Donald? That sounds like his thinking. I imagine that would be a pre Magna Carta king. But what is capable showman to do when the electorate says: “Do me?” “We want entertainment… and saving.”
But honestly, does the constitution restrain someone in power from being a king?…. when we have had presidents of both parties with a kill list? and as avid readers of the constitution know. .. The fifth amendment states no one shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law…. er, unless they are bugsplat. Those people get no hearing with their side of the story, as due process requires.
The Donald sees that discrepancy and wants to drive his truck through it.
So a snarky Donald might say…. Don’t we already have a king?
